Northglenn Youth Theatre

Since 1994, the award-winning Northglenn Youth Theatre (NYT) program has provided nearly 800 children in over 50 productions with the opportunity to perform live theatre in a professional setting. NYT produces three high quality main stage productions per year that are performed at the D.L. Parsons Theatre and at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park in Northglenn. Each production involves 40-60 children, nine weeks of rehearsal, and a two-week performance run with average audience sizes over 1,900 people. NYT is an industry leading preparatory program into the vibrant theatre community in metro Denver and beyond, and continues to be recognized as such by media and national youth programs.
